Last week we wrapped up a 4 week Generation Pound fitness class series with classes at Confederation Central School 🏠. Generation Pound is a MOVEMENT that aims to change the concept of health and fitness for today’s youth. The program fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness and teamwork skills for “Rockstars in Training” 🥁⚡️⚡️If you are interested in having this fitness class at your school or event DM us 📨
