I can't believe the summer is over, and it's the last night for Balm Beach Busk'til Dusk 2022!

Hey Paddlers! I hope you're all enjoying the sunshine and reprieve from the insane humidity we experienced the past week!

Tonight is SUP is The BALM!

I'm attaching a link to Wasaga Beach live cams because, as I expected, the winds are gathering speed and tonight won't be a calm paddle (as far as I can foresee right now) and I wanted to give you a heads up.

I already know that I won't be able to paddle against these winds because of my back, so, if you DO go, just be mindful and be safe! You can still have fun if you want to play in the waves, but be super safe and go with a bud!

Hopefully calmer waters for me next week and, as always, I look forward to seeing you all then!

SUP Is The BALM! It really is!

The sunsets and the people never disappoint. Such a wonderful night on the water.

"Tell me one thing that people don't know about you."

We played this tonight as we all sat in a circle, out in the Bay, listening to the live band playing on shore in the distance, warm air, waiting for the sun to set. I tell you this: You may paddle with people all the time - for YEARS - and you learn so much about people when you just ask. Very cool stories shared tonight and I am so glad that I asked.

Hey Paddle People!

Looks like tonight should be good weather for SUP is The BALM!

Make sure to take pics and tag so I see them!

I was waiting until the last possible moment to post this (perhaps hoping for a small miracle? Lol) My back isn't 100% ok yet, so I'll be off the water until I feel confident that it's better - I am HOPING that means next week (Please cross your fingers for me!!) but until then, I will live vicariously through all the awesome amazing Paddle Peeps!

Morning! Hope everyone is staying cool on these amazingly awesome hot days we've been having!

Tomorrow is SUP is The BALM! BUT....

The weather is going to be a little rocky according the forecast today, with possible thunderstorms moving in. The wind forecast for Balm tomorrow night says it could be pretty windy due to the storms from today, so if you go, please prepare for possible wavy conditions.

Unfortunately, (seems I'm always saying this!) I won't be making it out again. I've pulled my lower back and I've been bedridden for the past day, with no reprieve in sight. SO...

Keep your eye on the weather, and have a great time if you go! Lots of photos please! Make sure to tag "SUP is The BALM" so that I see them all!

Enjoy the live band on the beach and from the water with Balm Beach Summer Events . There should be some sunshine to keep those summer vibes going!

An amazing morning to kick off the long weekend and the paddle season! It's been a long time!
