Always have been passionate about mixed martial arts. Upon becoming a Certified Personal Trainer I pursued MMA as a way to get in the best shape and conditioning possible as a means to train others better. Now fully committed to MMA and becoming the best I can be with goals to step into the cage for the actual challenge of an MMA bout and hopefully to pursue a title.
