Our Q2 Spring Training Calendar has now been set and we are now officially accepting registrations.

Q2 Programs are set to begin a week from today - next Tuesday, May 23rd and will encompass a 5-week span, ending June 22nd. At this time, our Q3 Summer Training Calendar will takeover and the schedule will change.

Looking at our Q2 Program availability, we have a wide range of programs for all athletes ages 12 and up, from beginner to more advanced.

Our Specialty Programs set to kick off next week are for ages 13+ (2010s and later): Our Off-Season Hockey Performance Program (5-week program or 12-week program extending into mid August), Off-Season Volleyball Performance Program, Football Performance Programs (College Prep or High-school Off-season or In-Season Spring Football) and In-Season Baseball Performance Program.

For those that do not fall into one of those categories, we also offer a more general High School Strength and Conditioning Program, open to grades 8 thru 12.

Good luck to these 3 players as they start off their 2023 seasons'. Jackson, Schaeffer & Ty Shapton all took part in our Off-Baseball Performance Program, supplementing their 3x/week winter team practice schedule and voluntary private skills sessions.

All 3 of these athletes made big strides in their athletic development this season and in working towards the goals they've each set out for themselves. Generally speaking, they've all improved their upper and lower body strength, added weight to their frames, and have all added 2+ mph to their pulldowns [measuring throwing velocity].

It's been such a pleasure working with these guys week after week since October! I'm very excited to see how things play out for them at the ballpark this season.

We're back! We hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas holidays and wishing a Happy New Year to all of our athletes and their families!

We will be resuming athlete training sessions today, Monday, January 9th 2023.

Please note: There have been some changes to the athlete training schedule that will remain in effect until April 30th, 2023.

On Mondays (excluding statuatory holidays where the facility is closed), we will only be running 1 evening session timeslot, 6:30pm-8pm. (We are expecting that this may reach capacity fairly quick each week so please plan ahead & book early to avoid any disappointment).

On Wednesdays, sessions will be available to be pre-booked within the hours of 3pm-8pm. (*7pm will be the final start time).

On Fridays, sessions will be available to be pre-booked within the hours of 3pm-6pm (*5pm will be the final start time).

On Tuesdays & Thursdays, Dairy Capital Strength & Conditioning will be unavailable for bookings.

Athlete training sessions will still need to be pre-booked, either via
text or by emailing [email protected]

We are excited to welcome our athletes back into the facility soon and get working on your goals for 2023!

Quite the span of athlete acheivements over the last week that deserve huge recognition!

🏈 Starting off, a big congrats to Carson Allison ('07) and the London Junior Mustangs Jr. Varsity team on winning the inaugural OSFL Provincial Cup 🏆this past Sunday. With a score of 25-9 over the Essex Ravens @ Western Alumni Field, they became U16 Provincial Cup Champions. Carson plays both Offensive & Defensive Line, and will be prepping for training camp with College Avenue Secondary School in a couple weeks.

🏉 Secondly, congrats to Bekah Cyr ('04) on being an integral part of Team British Columbia, helping them go undefeated in the tournament (6W-0L) and winning🥇GOLD in Women's Rugby Sevens at the Niagara 2022 Canada Summer Games on Wednesday. Bek made the Team Ontario roster as a travelling reserve player, and due to injuries, was called upon to play for Team BC, relishing her role! Bek will be back in the gym for a few more days before she heads off to begin training camp with the Ottawa Gee Gees Women's Rugby. 🐎

🏉 A big congratulatory Facebook send off to Curtis Ball ('04), Athan Paarsalu ('04) & Connor Miller ('04), as they completed their final block of training in the gym on Thursday and reported on campus at the University of Guelph for training camp this morning. Although they all started training here at different times, the dedication to self-improvement that these young men have shown since arriving has been exemplary. We are hopeful to be able to see them on the field in action against the York Lions on August 20th.


We are so proud of our athletes' accomplishments and take pride in being a part of their journey.

Happy birthday 🇨🇦!

To all of our athletes, just a reminder that the facility will be closed today and their will be no athlete training sessions.

Training sessions will resume on Monday, and we will then enter into our new summer training hours. Facility will be open Monday thru Friday until 7pm, with afternoon slots available upon request.

We are also going to be introducing some new program offerings over the next few weeks, so if you know an athlete between the ages of 8 & 18, who is looking to reach their full athletic potential, please email us at [email protected]

April is here and we're fully operating! Although it doesn't quite feel like Spring out there quite yet, we're nearly done the planning stage for our Spring & Summer Programs and will be making announcements very soon.
We're so excited and very hopeful to run these programs this year -many of them for the first time since opening in 2019. For the last two years, we haven't been able to run any training sessions in April/May and summer sessions have been sporadic, but we hope to put that all behind us and have a busy and eventful Summer, all with the goal of helping our youth athlete's towards achieving their full athletic potential.

More details regarding the exact program specifics, age breakdown, dates, times, pricing and registration info for the various programs will follow over the next two weeks.

As per the announcement from the Premier moments ago, we are excited to finally have word on our reopening, for the first time in 2022.

Starting on Monday, January 31st, the facility will be open and we will be resuming our small group athlete training sessions! We are beyond thrilled to welcome our youth athletes back and start laying the groundwork for their new 2022 goals.

Bookings will be accepted via email a week prior, starting next Monday January 24th. Please email [email protected] to reserve your spot ahead of time, or if you have any further questions.

❗️ Due to the surprising & abrupt announcement from our Provincial government yesterday, the reopening of the facility for 2022 will have to wait 3 weeks .

I've got to be honest, these posts get harder and harder to make. I wanted to post shortly after the announcement was made to keep everyone up-to-date, but I found myself first, at a loss for words, and then quite angry and upset.

After a great stretch run to finish off 2021, I was very hopeful and excited to get back in the gym and start working with our young athletes to develop new goals for 2022, layout a plan, and hit the ground running in an effort to work towards these goals. I vow to keep this same attitude and enthusiasm once they are all able to return again.

I thank you all so much for all the support that has been shown throughout this pandemic & I certainly hope that the projected return near the end of the month will hold true, and I can start to welcome back all the smiling faces of our youth athletes.
