Looking to feel stronger, more toned, and energized this summer? Barre & Float is a low-impact fitness-based class that blends strengthening, stretching, balance, posture work, and core stability. Using the support of barres, blocks, and props, you’ll challenge your muscles without high-impact movements, making it suitable for many fitness levels. The class concludes with our signature Riverstone Float—a blissful hammock savasana where every muscle can completely relax. A wonderful way to build strength, improve flexibility, and feel your best this summer.
🌿 CALM RIVER FLOW
Ease into your day with gentle movement, light strengthening, spinal mobility, and nourishing stretches. This refreshing practice helps release stiffness, create space throughout the body, and cultivate a grounded, energized start to your day.
✨ RESTORATIVE YOGA
A soothing evening practice designed to release tension from the hips, lower back, and body while activating the nervous system’s natural relaxation response. Supported postures and deep rest help calm the mind, reduce stress, and prepare the body for restful sleep.
🤍 RIVERSTONE YIN
Ease into your weekend with this deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice. Through long-held, supported postures and mindful stillness, you’ll gently release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for rest and renewal. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply restored.
