Our fall session starts in two weeks. This is all that is available:

Wednesday 6pm Pilates Mat class - 2 spots
Thursday 9am MELD class (Pilates at the Barre) 2 spots
Thursday 6pm MELD class (Pilates at the Barre) 1 spot

All other classes are full

For information or to reserve your spot please message me. Our classes are 45 minutes long and our session runs for 8 weeks. We use zoom as our online platform. The classes are lively, engaging, fun and hard work. We'd love to have you join us.

Its that time again.....sign ups for our fall session are underway.

Message me if you are interested in joining one of our fun and energizing classes. Pilates mat, Stretch and Relaxation and MELD (barre) are what we offer......something for everyone.

Our studio schedule is available online with full class descriptions. We are happy to answer any questions you may have as well as securing your spot for the upcoming session.

Its been a fun week at the studio.... we are adding mini choreographed movements into our class flows....little bursts of energizing workouts that can be done as stand alone movements when time is tight and you want a quick pick me up

Class schedule:

Tuesday 9am. Pilates mat class
Tuesday 6pm. Pilates mat class
Tuesday 7pm. Flexibility and Stretch class
Wednesday 6pm Pilates mat class
Thursday 9am. MELD- Pilates at the Barre
Thursday 6pm. MELD- Pilates at the Barre

•Our platform is Zoom
•All classes are 45 minutes long
•All sessions are 8 weeks long
•Any missed classes can be made up and/or the recording will be forwarded
•A mat and small pillow are required....a sturdy chair is also needed for the barre classes

Pilates is a fantastic form of low impact exercise to create long lean muscles, build strength, flexibility and endurance. Like a choreographed dance, the flows are structured to target every part of your body. Modifications are always offered.

Flexibility and Stretch is a class that pulls from all disciplines to target and provide the ultimate flexibility. Deep tissue, static, and dynamic stretches are some of the components of this session to strengthen and protect your body. This class can be intense but modifications are always offered to help you achieve your ultimate goal.

MELD combines the very best of Pilates and ballet barre to take your practice to the next level. A foundation of Pilates is required before joining this fast paced, intense, sweaty fun class.

Our studio is a fun and safe environment where everyone is welcome. We work hard and laugh a lot......the best combination to get healthy.

Our next online pj stretch will be Thursday April 29/21 at 9 pm.
All are welcome but space is limited. The fee is $6.50 for studio members, $8.00 for non members
