althy. The group classes give each individual appropriate distance. It is thoroughly cleaned after each workout. There is group training available daily. The classes include strength, endurance, cardio and balance components. The classes are accommodating for all levels of fitness and physical limitations. There is a walk run group through the week. This allows everyone the enjoyment of being out with others. It’s a safe way to get into the outdoors all year round. There are learn to run , 5k, 10k half and full marathon groups. There are walking groups as well with a variety of distances available. One on one training is offered through the week by appointment. This is a great way to set goals. It is a great way to learn how to do exercises appropriately and with proper form. The focus is one hundred percent on the client. Amazing results come from personal training. There are many outdoor activities organized throughout the year for the experienced and inexperienced. There are kayaking trips, hikes, cross country skiing , snow shoeing, biking and other events planned regularly. Again a great way to get out with others and enjoy some adventure.
