After 5 and a half years Unabated CrossFit is closing its doors. We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who have been a part of our journey. We are so grateful for all of you and the support you have always provided us.

🌟 FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS 🌟

It’s baaaaack! During the Open we will be hosting our Friday night lights, sign ups will be available in zen planner. During this time slot we will have certified judges on hand for you to complete your open workout, even if you didn’t sign up you can still come out! Cheer on your fellow athletes and join in on the fun of The 2023 Open! Starting February 17th and the following 2 Fridays after that, we will plan on doing a celebration at the end so stay tuned for those details!

Today wasn’t about the best score or keeping track of times. Today was about doing our part to honour someone who lost their life in the line of duty protecting our community so we feel safe. Emotions were high, but the love and respect was higher with every rep felt today.

Provincial Constable Grzegorz “Greg” Pierzchella. I hope we honoured you well today. Thank you and rest easy. Hero’s in life not death. 💙🖤

‼️REMINDER ‼️

TOMORROW is the day we honour PC Grzegorz “Greg” Pierzchala… a few housekeeping things to go over

1. This is a drop in style work out with the starting time being 0800hrs, we will be here all morning so there’s no rush
2. We will have 8-10 people MAX working out at the same time, once one person completes their workout that spot becomes open and the next person can begin. We will TRY to shoot for the top of every hour.
3. If you have your own skipping rope please bring it! If not we have a few for borrowing.
4. Please shoot us a message if you’re coming from out of town, we would like to accommodate a time for you as well if you are coming in a large group.
5. MEMBERS, Zenplanner shows no classes but this event is for you as well!

If you have ANY questions, do not hesitate to message us. Can’t wait to see you all.

😈 CrossFit Open ‘23 😈

Raise your hands if you’re ready for the open! It’s coming up QUICK. Starting February 17th and the following 3 weeks after there will be a workout released from CrossFit, every Friday night during that time Unabated will host a Friday Night Lights where we all tackle the workout together. Coaches will go over strategies, game plans and what will work best for each individual to make sure you get the best results for you! ALSO, every Saturday our “compete class” will be turning into the Open Prep Class where we get into the nitty gritty movements!

In honour of the late Provincial Constable Grzegorz “Greg” Pierzchala, Unabated CrossFit will host the hero workout in remembrance of him and the ultimate sacrifice he gave. We welcome ANYONE who would like to join us on Sunday January 15th starting at 0800hrs and drop in style for the duration of the morning. Please share and DM us if you plan on attending. 💙🖤
