Nicole is a certified personal trainer and certified youth coach. Working with young athletes to unlock their full potential and developing their confidence and self-esteem.

As an athlete herself, she has overcome major injuries and understands first hand the importance of small group sessions to ensure your athlete is performing their best and doing it safely.
