This old sled would loose power when it warmed up. A leak down test found several leaks at the intake manifold which couldn't be seen under the fan shroud. I replace the broken throttle lever, kill switch and primer. Rebuilt the carb and it sounds good now. The last thing I had to do was pull off the chaincase and replace the seals. The customer waited so patiently for me to get this done that I decided to fit a used Polaris windshield on it free of charge.

Well, that's not good! 2012 Polaris 800 broke the cylinder, piston and the case.

A couple of small items I picked up at the Wh***ey Ditch Relic Riders Swap Meet. The third item is being delivered, you'll have to guess what that is for now.

1990 Pather in for service. We rebuilt the rear suspension and greased the sled. Ultrasonic cleaned the carbs, fixed the threads in the cap, installed new fuel lines and filter. Welded a new socket on the exhaust pipe. Installed hand and thumb warmers and a general tune up.

I finished mounting the 150 Merc onto my Thundercraft. Im going to have to get some lines made up for the trim and find a distributor cap & wires. Where's a good place to get hydraulic lines made up in Winnipeg?
