How are we doing this week?? It’s been great energy in the gym testing out lifts for the upcoming in-house Anti-Gravity event (Sunday January 18th)! 💪💫

Event lifts:
- back squat
- strict press
- Bella complex (clean + shoulder to overhead + front squat + shoulder to overhead)
- deadlift

⏰ Event start time: 10:30am

Thank you everyone that was able to join us for this year’s community potluck!! It’s nice to spend time together outside of classes, in ‘real’ clothes, and have time to connect. The food was also unreal!! The hidden talents around here are 💥💣

⭐️ From first time on the rower to a veteran athlete, this is an informative step-by-step video to help you build efficiency, technique & strength on the rowing machine.

Follow Coach Ryan through the progressions as you warm up for your next session in the gym, or in your home gym. Then build the checkpoints into your regular rowing warm up from there.💡This will allow you to unlock more pace with less effort over time.
