How are we doing this week?? It’s been great energy in the gym testing out lifts for the upcoming in-house Anti-Gravity event (Sunday January 18th)! 💪💫
Event lifts:
- back squat
- strict press
- Bella complex (clean + shoulder to overhead + front squat + shoulder to overhead)
- deadlift
