Interested in adding some physical activity to your daily routine? Early morning workouts will help you start the day with more energy, focus, and optimism.
Come join me LIVE SOULstrength and SOULfusion classes via ZOOM at 6am Central daily from Monday to Friday. Each class is 30 minutes. You don’t have to join every day but I’m looking for a commitment of 3 days per week.
SOULstrength is mix of strength training and cardio intervals.
SOULfusion is a mix light weight resistance with yoga flows.
You also have the option of participating in Private FB group for support and accountability. To join, you will need to commit to sharing before and after photos and posting your daily intake for 4 weeks.
