United Nova FC

United Nova FC We are a soccer team located in Winnipeg that plays in the Manitoba Major Soccer League. We aim to do this in three key ways:

1.

Our organization is committed to creating the blueprint for successful growth of the game of soccer in Manitoba from the grassroots level to Men's and Senior Men's levels. Developing all players into complete players by providing the knowledge and understanding of all team positions and the skills and technical and mental abilities required to fulfill their duties within the team philosophy.

2. P

romoting the family unit that is our team and the understanding that our greatest success can only be achieved together and with the greatest efforts of all members in unity. Ultimately we aim to show players and supporters how fun the game can be in this regard.

3. Extending the scope of our identity into the community through activities such as volunteer work and social events and functions and building relationships with our supporters and family and friends, ultimately representing our supporters and sponsors with the highest level of class and respect. Ultimately our goal is to be successful in all of these areas, which includes but is not limited to winning matches as this team is about the true nature of the game of soccer: the relationships and team-oriented nature that is the foundation of every successful team. We want to make this team into one that players want to play for, the community wants to support and ultimately one that does true justice to the Beautiful Game through the way we approach it and the way we carry ourselves.

It`s been a great past couple weeks! Our team clinched first place in the league last Friday (11th), celebrated a teammate preparing to get married on Saturday (12th), and hosted our annual fundraiser in support of Siloam Mission and the RDT United Nova Fund which aids kids` participation in RDT Mini Soccer at Riccardo De Thomasis Park!
