Fish revival is key to any species, follow these steps for a healthier release!

1. Hold by bottom lip or tail/ craddle under the belly and grab tail if its a large fish.

2. Point head upstream so water can flow through their gills.

3. Avoid back and forth moment. Gills are made for one-way water movement.

4. If there is not enough current to aid in water flow over gills. You can move in a figure 8 pattern for water flow.

Signs of recovery

1. Gills will start opening and closing on their own.
2. Fish will start moving it fits
3. Fish will start to swim away on its own
