So proud of Ms. Jasmine de Luna for winning 🥉 Bronze at the 2026 Taekwondo National Championships!

Jasmine earned this bronze medal through pure grit and determination in her fights. Working hard every round and never backing down. 💪
She dominated her first match with a significant point gap, showcasing her trademark spin back kick and advancing to the semi-finals in style. 💥

In her last fight, she battled all the way to the third round, pushing through a very close match and narrowly losing by just a few points.

We are incredibly proud of your heart, effort, and performance, Jasmine! 👏🔥

Discover Taekwondo with Spirit 1 Taekwondo Academy!

Before COVID-19 impacted our lives, we proudly produced a series of instructional videos in our YouTube channel, Spirit 1 Taekwondo Academy. These YouTube channel videos cover everything from introductions to essential blocks, stances, and Taegeuk patterns.

Although World Taekwondo has made changes to all the Taegeuks (Poomsae), you can still use our videos as a guideline to learn. Our instructors are here to correct and fine-tune your techniques for you.

As you head back to the classroom, remember:
