The Transcona Nationals Empowering Girls Cheer Program

( ages 7-14)
Girls from ALL OVER Winnipeg and surrounding areas welcome! Each practice starts by sitting in our Empowerment Circle. There we do activities including body positive affirmations , creating positive thoughts, goal setting and much much more. We teach them why its SO IMPORTANT to BE YOURSELF ( the world needs you!)

After the circle we turn up the music work as a team to learn sideli

ne cheers and pom routines! All girls , tall, short , big , small LOUD or shy will be loved and welcomed! They will be accepted , celebrated and encouraged to love themselves exactly the way they are .
