i often think back to the day i was diagnosed with Lupus. i was 31 and had just given birth to my fourth child. it was devastating to say the least as i was told i was to expect maybe 10 more decent years. Competing kept my mind focused which also gave me a sense of control over my own body. 27 years later, im going strong. Exercise, diet, and abandoning all toxic behavior has made all the difference.

I've been an entrepreneur all my life. Times were tough as a kid, and so i started my first business at the age of 6 making pet rocks and selling them at the curb. it's been a journey learning new trades to find my own way through life, hustling, grinding and pushing limits to build my brand.
Reflecting back, i see that every endeavor was not in vain. ive applied each skill or learned lesson towards my career as a trainer, author and life coach.
Is there a goal or journey you are afraid to start? Failure is not an option if you are willing to ride the waves. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
