The Provincial Team put in some big hours during our team camping trip at Rushing River this weekend culminating in a 200 km ride with 2000 m of climbing on Sunday. The athletes’ stoke was high from start to finish, all smiles for the 8 hours of riding on Sunday, making this the longest ride to date for all athletes (with some some athletes doubling their longest distance!). Big volume, nutrition dialled, cold and wet riding weather acclimated, carrying momentum over the punchy climbs, and team bonding were just some of the objectives accomplished at this camp. Last big block complete for athletes heading to road nationals and Dairyland. Special thanks to Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries for their support of our Rushing River Road Camp Rural Sport Development initiative.

For the third consecutive season, we're excited to welcome Charlotte back to help Manitoba riders build confidence, refine their skills, and take their riding to the next level.

Join Charlotte, a PMBIA Level 3 Certified Coach and Instructor Trainer, for an Intermediate-Advanced Mountain Bike Skills Clinic at Prairie Flow Trails on June 21.
