Behind every medal and every match are sacrifices most people never see.
Months of disciplined training, early mornings, sore bodies, weight management, mental battles, and choosing the hard path. This is what it took for these young athletes to earn their place at the Taekwondo National Championships 2026.
We are so proud of our Spirit 1 National Athletes.
Day 1 - Juniors
🥉 Jasmine – Bronze Medalist

Facing stronger and tougher competitors, Kaylee’s matches were intense and demanding. Still, she stayed composed, fought through every challenge, and persevered to secure bronze, proving her resilience and determination.

🥋 Xavier – Growth on the National Stage

We would also like to thank the parents who supported these athletes every step of the way, driving them everywhere and anywhere just to get them the training they needed. Your constant support, sacrifices, and encouragement made all of this possible.
To the Spirit 1 family, friends, relatives and sponsors, thank you for all your support and for cheering them on during their fights, even if it was through watching them live on YouTube. Your energy, prayers, and belief meant more than words can express.
So proud of this team and everything they represent.
