The Winnipeg 10 & 10 is just days away. Here a few important race-day reminders:

• New Start Line: Memorial Park & Broadway
• Strollers: Welcome on the 5K course only
• Race Kit Pickup: Soul Sanctuary, 2050 Chevrier Blvd. on September 10, 11 & 12 — all kits must be picked up before race day
• Bike Valet: Complimentary on race day from 6 AM–11:30 AM
• Participant Parking: Free parking available in the Canada Life employee parking lot. Do not park in stalls marked “Reserved 24 Hours.”
• Street Parking: Free throughout downtown Winnipeg on Sundays

A new course. A new way to run it.

The Winnipeg 10 & 10 is taking a fresh route this year, with a new starting line on Broadway (across from Memorial Park), before heading along Assiniboine Avenue, Main Street and the scenic Lyndale Drive.

Whether you're tackling the 5K, 10K or 10-mile race, this out-and-back course is designed to keep things moving and make for a smoother race-day experience.

Still need your bib? There are only a few spots left. Grab yours while you can!

The Frightening 5er is officially SOLD OUT — and once again, you made it happen fast. 🖤

A huge thank you to everyone who grabbed a spot and is brave enough to take on FortWhyte after dark. We’ll see you October 29 for creepy trails, questionable decisions and a whole lot of spooky fun.
