Feeling stiff, busy, or ready for a different kind of outdoor movement experience?
Join me this June and July for Yoga Nature Walks — a grounding outdoor wellness experience designed for adults who want to move, stretch, breathe, and reconnect in nature.
We begin with an intentional nature walk, taking in the sights, sounds, smells, and calming energy of the outdoors through mindful awareness and connection with our senses. We then settle into a shady outdoor space for a yoga practice focused on mobility, stretching, balance, breath, and relaxation.
There is something incredibly refreshing about practicing yoga outdoors surrounded by fresh air, trees, and the sounds of nature.

We will be practicing on the ground, so if your knees or wrists need extra support, please bring yoga blocks, folded towels, or small cushions.
