UMCycle We fix bikes, teach you to fix bikes, sell new/used parts and sell used bikes. The Warehouse (157 He We sell parts and fix bikes. We are closed on holidays.

Currently on Winter Hours - By Appointment Only

Brought to you by the University of Manitoba Students' Union. We are a full-service bike shop at the centre of University of Manitoba, Fort Garry Campus. Our winter hours are Monday and Thursday, 11am - 12:30pm. We have community-use tools and bike stands during our open hours and we have community stand time supported by a volunteer mechanic on Thursdays from 1:30 - 4pm. These house on at our warehouse location in the wintertime.

Want to get your hands dirty and help students build their own bikes? Join us as a volunteer for the Build-A-Bike program — a hands-on workshop where students learn to assemble bikes with support from awesome mentors.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Learn basic mechanical skills and work with the UMCycle team to guide students through the build process offering guidance, encouragement, and a helping hand. 

🗓 Commitment:

• Training sessions (May 26 – May 30, schedule TBA)
• Volunteer Fridays & Saturdays in June & July

With the end of summer and the fall term beginning, UMCycle will continue to remain open to provide students with the bike repair service they require. However, please note that we'll be come September 5th and 6th, as we prepare for the fall season.

Hours for the fall term will be posted in the coming week.
