Lorimer renovations are in full swing and will continue all weekend!!

We were open until 1 today, then brought in a big crew to load the gym equipment into the back of a semi-trailer! It went better than expected, and we were done in 2 hours!

Now we are ready for new rubber flooring and to finish painting!! The plan is to be open for Monday Morning!

Exciting news out of Podaima Performance 40+ Private Gym!! Our first location on Lorimer is getting some major upgrades over the next month!!

1. New paint!
2. New rubber flooring!
3. Removing back garage door and putting in a big window!

The new rubber flooring will be much nicer to walk and workout on and the big window in the back will open up the gym and brighten it up!!

The gym is nice as is but these upgrades will make the experience even better for our clients! They are going to love it!!

Check out these AMAZING transformations from a couple we have been training since last November!! Dav and Angela both started training with us at the same time as they wanted to lose weight and get fit and healthy!!

From day 1, they have worked hard in and out of the gym and have totally rocked the program!! They look great and are unrecognizable from when they first started!

They have lost a combined 113 pounds on the scale (Angela 58lbs., Dav 55lbs.) in just 9 months and are both strong, fit, and healthy! Inspiring, as they never worked out seriously before and now cannot go without their workouts; they are hooked!! It’s great to see!

It is great for all of us to be a part of their amazing success and watch them transform both physically and mentally on their journey!! It’s also nice to see them doing it together and having fun with the whole thing. They are always in a good mood and a pleasure for us to work with!

Sometimes they get to train together; other times it’s at separate times, but either way, they always make sure to get it done!!

I often joke to them, saying, “Who would have thought 9 months ago that you would be lean, fit, strong and healthy AND inspiring others to take action!”

AMAZING job to both of you; you deserve it!!
