The Fort Garry Lions Football Club is looking for a Game Day & Operations Coordinator to lead the ex*****on of our home games and support club operations throughout the season.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of everything we do—perfect for someone organized, reliable, and ready to take ownership.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Leading all home game day operations
• Coordinating field setup, logistics, and takedown
• Managing equipment and inventory
• Overseeing canteen operations and volunteers
• Coordinating field bookings and scheduling
What we’re looking for:
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communication and initiative
• Availability evenings & weekends (May–October)
• Experience in sports, events, or operations (asset)
Details:
Seasonal (May–October)
$5,000 honorarium
Renewable annually (Board approval)
