Check out this fantastic transformation from coach .april.k and her client Amanda!
Amanda started at 248 pounds post baby and wanted to lose fat and feel healthy again. She has a background in power lifting and personal training, so lifting wasn’t new to her. However, she wanted to work on her diet and nutrition, which is where April really helped her dial in to nail her goals!
She was super consistent with her meal plan and training as she had a goal to step on stage to compete in the New You transformation category , which she was able to do just a few weeks ago!
She is now 152 pounds, with a total of 95 pounds lost. More importantly, she has GAINED a new outlook on health and nutrition and is ready to start a new goal of getting back to competing in power lifting!
