Tiny Yogis

Tiny Yogis Fun-Filled Kids Yoga and Mindfulness for all Ages. Parent/Guardian is required to register (no extra cost) as we encourage you to participate with your child.

Tiny Yogis blends active yoga sequences, energizing music, yoga-inspired games, mindfulness, and plenty of smiles into every class. This playful class will keep your child motivated and moving with stretching and standing poses while also teaching them breathing instruction and relaxation techniques that will provide a sense of balance, calm, and confidence for years to come. Ages 2-5

Excited to be teaching K–8 students at Holy Ghost School for their Yoga Days!

Over the next two days, every grade will get to experience yoga. The littles will enjoy plenty of movement, imagination, and fun, while older students will explore mindfulness skills to help with focus, stress management, and overall well being

Like anyone who loves what they do, I put a lot of time and energy into every class I teach. And it means so much when someone tells me a breathing exercise helped them through labour, or that they feel stronger and more connected to their core after a postpartum class… or that they loved the community that formed in the room.

But honestly… make me a homemade card and my whole day is made.

Pretty sure this Grade 4 class figured out I like rainbows or something. ❤️🌈
