Halfway through her program and Lindsay is already blowing me away. 💛🔥
She’s down 18.3 pounds, 18.8 inches, and has completely shifted her confidence, her habits, and her relationship with food.

She’s working full-time, juggling a busy schedule, training 3 to 4 days a week, navigating travel, conferences, and eating out… and still choosing balance, protein, and portions that support her goals. No restriction. No perfection. Just consistency.

Her clothes are fitting differently, her jeans are literally getting loose, and she’s feeling more confident in her skin every single week. This is what steady, sustainable effort looks like.

30 pounds down in 6 months, but the real transformation was so much more than the number on the scale!

Jessica came to me as a new mom who felt overwhelmed, short on time, and unsure where to start. She wanted to feel good in her body again, but she needed a plan that worked with her life, not against it.

We focused on simple and realistic habits. No all or nothing mindset. No tracking forever. No guilt when things got busy. Just steady progress, flexible routines, and support every step of the way.

And her results speak for themselves:

Hey everyone! I wanted to let you know that I’ll be raising my online coaching and in-person training rates starting June 2.

I’m currently nearing peak capacity for both online and in-person clients, and this adjustment reflects the growing demand and the commitment I have to delivering the highest level of support and coaching.

I haven’t increased my rates since I started, and this change ensures I can continue to provide the best experience and results for all of you.

For everyone already working with me, don’t worry! Your current rate will stay the same for as long as we’re working together.

Emily came to me wanting to learn proper form, technique and get into the gym, but along the way, she did so much more—she built strength, confidence, and a routine that fits her life! We focused on fueling her body, and stayed consistent even on the tough days. Now, she’s not just leaner—she’s stronger, lifting heavier than ever and feeling her absolute best. Even hitting a PR of 7 pull-ups yesterday which I forgot to film like an idiot! 😂🫶🏻

Shawn has been working with me for 10 months now and has lost just over 75lbs!
When he first started coming to see me, he had an ACL injury and was only able to do upper body exercises. With that obstacle, we were still able to lose a ton of weight and get to a point where his knee doesn’t bother him at all now and we can also do lower body exercises. He even runs now 🙌🏻

One of the main things we changed was his diet, that on top of resistance training with a mix of cardio/circuit training we have created a healthy and attainable lifestyle. We lost fat while gaining lots of muscle!

So proud to have been apart of this amazing transformation and Shawn is such an inspiration!!
