Halfway through her program and Lindsay is already blowing me away. 💛🔥
She’s down 18.3 pounds, 18.8 inches, and has completely shifted her confidence, her habits, and her relationship with food.
She’s working full-time, juggling a busy schedule, training 3 to 4 days a week, navigating travel, conferences, and eating out… and still choosing balance, protein, and portions that support her goals. No restriction. No perfection. Just consistency.
Her clothes are fitting differently, her jeans are literally getting loose, and she’s feeling more confident in her skin every single week. This is what steady, sustainable effort looks like.
