It requires some effort, but it's not as hard as you might think. Even just walking a golf course is fantastic exercise. A little bit of effort goes a long way, and the benefits are amazing: better sleep, better mood, and better overall health. We're on a fitness journey to show you what's possible when it comes to fitness, flexibility, and strength. Our exercise videos are tailored for recreational golfers of all ages and fitness levels, including beginners. As you become stronger, you can increase your reps and weight for a more advanced workout if you wish. I'm looking forward to keeping fit and healthy with you!
