Another Roosters season in the books under clear, sunny skies in Plum Coulee with the final jamboree of the year.

It was great to see the Roosters grow as a team in the under 14s group with a lot of young talent on the way from the under 7 group. Lots of talent with bright futures ahead in rugby for the athletes. Very excited to see some Winkler faces represent Manitoba’s provincial team in the future!

Big thank you to the parents for their support and patience as we navigated a tricky season. Another big thank you to & for volunteering their time to coach a great group of young athletes and Greg Hessom for taking time out of a busy season to help officiate.

Come check out the Roosters at the inaugural Yan Seid vs Dit Seid junior rugby jamboree set to take place this weekend (October 2) at the Kleefeld Park!

Going to be an absolute barn burner with the junior clubs from Kleefeld & Steinbach representing Eastman Rugby and the junior clubs from Plum Coulee, Winkler & Morden representing the Pembina Valley Rugby Union (PVRU).

The Kleefeld Farmers Market will be happening at the same time and location, so a lot of things to do and food will be available.

Be sure to check out the game beforehand with kickoff @ 10AM
