🦆 THE DUCK IS MOVING.

But this time, we’re not moving because we outgrew our space.

We’re moving because after years of building Duck Duck Fitness, we finally get to say:

THIS ONE IS OURS. 🖤

For years, we’ve rented our space. We’ve built a community, watched people reach goals, made friendships, laughed, sweat, struggled and celebrated together.

And now we’re taking the next step.

A new location.
A new chapter.
A place we can finally call home.

There’s something pretty special about knowing that every dumbbell, every workout, every early morning and every late-night session is happening in a place we own.

Thank you to everyone who has helped Duck Duck Fitness get here.

If you’ve noticed things have been a little quieter around here this summer, there’s a good reason for it.

Duck Duck Fitness is running on a bit of “autopilot” while I soak up summer with my kids. They only get so many summers before they’re grown, and these memories are something I can’t get back.

Don’t worry—we’re still open, welcoming new members, and business is running as usual! Ash is continuing to offer personal training and classes, and our members are still getting after their goals. You just won’t see me posting and marketing quite as much for a little while.

Come September, we’ll be back in full swing with fresh energy, new ideas, and lots of exciting things planned.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Duck Duck Fitness. I appreciate this community more than you know. ❤️

A heartfelt thank you to Hailey at Duck Duck Fitness for her incredible donation to support individuals transitioning from homelessness into housing.

While this donation was made a few months ago, we wanted to take a moment to recognize Hailey’s generosity and apologize for not sharing our appreciation sooner. These items help make a house feel like a home and provide practical support as people begin a new chapter in their housing journey.

We are forever grateful for Hailey’s continued support, kindness, and willingness to help the individuals supported by the NHCC. Community partnerships like these make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
