No matter what your experience level, there is room for everyone at Pure Awareness Yoga. Our weekly classes draw from Ancient Wisdom such as Ayurveda and also from the most ancient - Mother Nature herself, to add another dimension to deepen the understanding of the practices beyond merely a workout. We believes that yoga is so much more than physical postures and we strive to create interest and meaning for students, as well as offer tools to move through life’s challenges with grace. Our Summer weekend retreats offer a deeper experience with a broad range of wellness leaders and experts in the vast practices of yoga, wellness, spiritual enlightenment and healing.

It was such a pleasure to see this beautiful, flying creature early this morning. He almost flew right into us twice! Haven’t quite figured out what type of bird of prey he was, but he was certainly beautiful.
