Progress doesn’t always happen in public.

Over the past few months, we’ve been fully focused behind the scenes — refining the vision, building the plan, and laying the foundation for something we believe Windsor truly needs.

The response from this community early on was powerful. It helped shape not just the idea, but the standard we’re committed to delivering.

Now, everything is aligning — from concept to equipment to overall direction.

We currently have a potential location in mind, but we’re taking the time to explore additional options to ensure we secure the right space to bring this vision to life.

We’re actively seeking a commercial space in the Windsor area, ideally between 3,000–5,000 sq ft.

If you have a space available, or know someone who does, we’d value the connection.

This isn’t just another gym.

We want to thank everyone in this community for the feedback and insight that’s been shared a lot of those conversations are directly shaping what we are building.

We are working toward opening Mi’kma’ki Tigers Athletic Club, a premium, 24/7 strength-focused training and fitness facility in Windsor, Nova Scotia. The name reflects strength, discipline, and respect for where we’re from, and the idea of an athletic club built for the whole community.

The club is designed to serve a diverse membership, including shift workers, tradespeople, athletes, families, beginners, and experienced lifters, offering a structured, safe, and welcoming environment for all fitness levels.

The facility will feature top-tier, industry-leading strength and conditioning equipment, supporting effective, responsible full-body training that builds functional strength, long-term health, and overall wellness. Membership will be capped to ensure the space stays comfortable, safe, and never overcrowded.

We’ve identified potential spaces and are finalizing what best suits the gym vision. Specific details around equipment, timing, and location will remain confidential until everything is finalized.

We’re taking the time to build it properly, with the community in mind.

Access will be 24/7 through secure key fob or mobile app entry, so members can train whenever it fits their schedule.
