🌟 Shoutout to from for being our April Swimmer of the Month 🌟
J. Kieran represents excellence, leadership, and passion for the sport both in and out of the pool. A senior swimmer with the Petawawa Predators Swim Club, Kieran qualified for the extra fast Eastern Regional Championships and East Coast Championships representing military youth/families from Ontario and he then competed at the East Coast Championship Meet in Halifax — a major achievement that reflects his dedication, discipline, and consistent performance in training and competition.🏊♀️
Beyond his personal racing success, Kieran has a powerful impact on the entire club. He is an exceptional team motivator who brings energy, positivity, and encouragement to every practice and meet. His influence reaches all levels of PPSC through his coaching roles as Lead Coach of the Foundations Program and coach for the Pre-Competitive program. Younger swimmers look up to him not only for his results, but for his work ethic, sportsmanship, and supportive attitude. In fact, he's being recognized by Swim Ontario for his contribution to coaching and the sport of swimming at Youth Impact Day in Toronto on May 9th!🔥🏅
Kieran continues to push his own development while actively helping build the next generation of swimmers; he has achieved his recent goal of qualifying for Long Course Regionals and developing his coaching at paraswimmer focused clinics in Toronto! He continues to push the boundaries in training and is becoming the swimmer he wants to be. His commitment to growth, leadership, and team culture makes him an outstanding ambassador for the sport.
Keep up the fantastic work, Kieran! We’re rooting for you! 👏
