I have always been an active person and the benefits of physical activities are all positive. Being a full time mother of 3 comes with a lot of duties and responsibilities, so finding time for myself or going to the gym, is almost impossible. After I had my last baby, Sally in 2012, I took a few months off exercising. My body and brain were screaming for energy. Lack of sleep will get you after a
while and I was feeling exhausted and tired all the time. The only way for me to stop it was to get back to exercising. I know it is hard getting you and kids out the door but when it comes to exercising, it is all worth it. As a mother of 3, I know how hard it is to stay in shape during the pregnancy and to get back in to shape after, especially if you don’t have the knowledge of what to do. I can help you. When I had my first born in 2007, Anna, I started Mommy Bootcamp. It is an excellent way to get a great workout twice a week.
