I’ve kept this quiet for a while, but after years of pushing through past motocross injuries, it’s time to take a step back from running or any races for a bit. My body has been reminding me that I need to focus on getting back to what I’d call normal (or as close as possible, lol).I’ll still be running—just not for a few months. In the meantime, I’m diving deeper into studying corrective exercise to help athletes recover from past and present injuries.You’ll still see me at events and group runs, just in a different way—hanging out, supporting, and chatting with everyone. Excited for what’s ahead!

I don’t ride much anymore, but when I do, I make sure to do it in style—which means a freshly prepped bike and an Athletic Brewing in hand.
