ParadICE Gym At ICE All Stars, it is our goal to improve individual skills as well as focusing on teamwork, commitment and character. At ICE we have a team for everyone.

We also offer specialty classes such as private tumbling, Flight School, Prep teams, Recreational Cheerleading for little ones and our Adult/Parent team. Our facility, ParadICE, is located in the West Hants Industrial Park and is home to some state of the art equipment such as our Tumble Track and all of our athletes train on a FULL 9 strip Spring Floor. We have been bursting at the seams to let you know some very exciting news!
Integrity Cheer Empire is THRILLED to make this announcement to our ICE family and to the cheer world near and far! We will be adding the vast experience and skill of CHRIS CUNNINGHAM to our ICE staff in Season 8!
We all agree… Chris is AWESOME and is ready to make our programming and experiences at Integrity Cheer Empire better than ever before!! Chris will empower a future of exciting possibilities for Integrity Cheer Empire!

Well those athletes in East Hants are both determined and have TONS of natural talent. It was a positive evening working with the Prep Team athletes and the Tumbling Class athletes. We look forward doing it all again next week!

We want to say thank you to all of the wonderful ICE family members that have helped with, participated in and put up with all of the amazing things going on at ICE this week. The choreography week is a hit. The athletes are excited and wiped... staff is very proud of them!
The Red Carpet Reveal tonight was worth every waiting minute. The only thing more beautiful than the new ICE uniform is the "eyes poppin' and jaws droppin'" of our athletes, friends and families that were there to see it all go down! So much fun!
ICE Season 7 is special already... we can feel it!
