Thankful we chose an indoor location for today's practice! There's windows all around which is the next best thing to being outside 😅 Join us at 3pm for the tradition of celebrating the change of seasons. The entrance is at the side of the building to the second floor and we'll have the place to ourselves 🙏🏽 You can bring a snack to share but the bar will be open. 108 sun salutations is tough but doable and your $10 cash donation goes to Hope to see yous there! First timers/non-members welcome 🌱 Remember to bring your mat ✅️

This is She first walked through our doors September 18th 2015 and has only ever paused her in-studio practice to enjoy her family completely during the summer months (which says a lot about her.) We long for blocks of time where we can be fully immersed in things without watching the clock... but that's Sherri's "normal." She strolls in chill, her voice is easy, her practice is athletic, her pace unrushed. She's there for her family but still manages to work hard, do yoga AND take naps 😉 She's the coolest... and now she's in the 1000 class club! Congratulations Sherri! You're proof it's possible to enjoy a purposeful life and inspire peace all at your own pace ❤️

We ran Sexy St. Patrick's Choreeyoga for the third year in a row, raising money for Family Respite. We keep it light and fun and unserious, and yet...... it's often "MORE" in the best ways you can imagine.

Grateful for the chunks of time we spend making the best memories together.
