bar, in house supplement store, personal training, child watch, aqua and aerobic classes including kettle bell, TRX, yoga, indoor cycling, Pilates, Zumba, boot camps and so much more! Riverside family fitness is the only gym in Windsor to offer contest preparation for anyone interested in doing a fitness competition.
