500 workouts for Gill today 🥉🔥

Thank you for all the great memories throughout the years and for trusting me through 500 sessions together.

It’s truly been an honour and a pleasure working with you for this long. I’ve genuinely enjoyed all of it and learned a lot along the way too.

From the early mornings to all the laughs, hard work, and conversations in between, it’s been amazing watching your journey unfold while also seeing Fred, Trevor, and Brandon be part of it too.

Very grateful for this one. Big congrats Gill and look forward to the next 500!

Here he is, 50 workouts strong and as focused and motivated in these walls (and outside) as day 1….

VINCENZOOOO 🇮🇹🥁

With a fire 🔥that sets his workouts (and his Coach💆🏽‍♀️) off- Vince is ready to rock and roll every time he comes down those stairs. Even though he might not love going back up them leaving leg day, he consistently keeps showing up- for himself, for his gains💪🏽 and as a special reward to himself for a hard week’s work. Congratulations on this milestone Vince! We’re so proud of you brother!

Hard to put this one into words.

Paula hit 750 workouts today… which makes her only the second person ever to reach the Silver Tier at Ambassador.

I still remember her early days. Just showing up, learning the movements, finding her groove. Nothing flashy. Just consistent. And that’s exactly who she’s been ever since.

So many early mornings and late evenings. So many laughs between sets. So many conversations before and after sessions. And so many memories that have nothing to do with the workouts themselves.

What’s been even more special to watch is the ripple effect. Her daughters joined (Riley & Mackenzie). Then more family (Ryland & Holly). And now it’s just part of their lives.

That’s the part people don’t see when they look at a number like 750.

It’s not really about the workouts. It’s about the years. The commitment. The growth. And all the life that happens in between.

Proud of you, Paula. And grateful for all the memories so far.

And I know we’re not even close to done yet. 💪🙏
