Rise Up Athletics is proud to present our 2023 Christmas Break Camp.

This year we will have two sessions available.
8:00am to 12:00pm for Grades Five and Six & 12:00pm to 4:00pm for Grades Seven and Eight.

Former professional basketball player and professional trainer Greg Surmacz will be joining the team, offering his knowledge throughout the program.

Registration Details❗️

To Register, please include the following:
• Payment Via E-Transfer
• Name and Age of your Child - Your child will be placed in the time slot that suits their age
• T-Shirt Size (Sizing is standard and cannot guarantee fit)

Once the above mentioned items have been received, waivers will be sent for completion. Your child will not be able to attend the camp until the signed waivers have been provided. Please complete in advance to ensure all campers start on time.

Note: Food and Beverages will NOT be available for purchase

Campers are required to bring the following:
• Water Bottle, Marked with Name
• Indoor shoes (No Outside Shoes on the Court)
• Ensure your child has their own back pack or duffle bag to keep their belongings in order
• Lunch/Snacks (Refrigerator and Microwave are available)

There is limited seating in our facility, we ask that you drop your child off 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and be ready to pick up your child 10 minutes prior to the scheduled stop time. (Sign in and Sign out will be in effect for your child’s safety)

Important Notes:
We will be operating a Nut Free Camp.
Do Not send your child with any food or snacks containing nuts. Your child may be asked not to return if this is not respected.
