We’re asking for the community’s help.

Our bike shop was broken into early Saturday morning, August 15, at approximately 3:18 a.m. We believe two individuals may have been involved.

One individual is shown in the attached security image. We also believe a second person was outside the shop, dressed entirely in black, wearing a backpack, and riding a bicycle.

After leaving the area, the suspects were seen travelling northbound on Lincoln Road from Wyandotte Street toward Riverside Drive.

We’re asking businesses, residents, and neighbours along Lincoln Road and the surrounding area to please check security cameras, doorbell cameras, or any other footage from approximately 3:00–3:30 a.m. Saturday morning. Footage showing either individual approaching or leaving the area, travelling north on Lincoln, riding a bicycle, walking, or getting into a vehicle could be very helpful.

If you recognize the person shown, saw anyone matching these descriptions, or have footage that may assist, please do not approach or confront anyone. Contact Windsor Police or provide the information directly to the investigating officer.

We also ask that people do not post names, accusations, or personal information in the comments. Please send any information privately to police.

We greatly appreciate the support from our community.

Please share, especially with businesses and residents along and around Lincoln Road between Wyandotte Street and Riverside Drive.

Flow Bikes — Cycle the Burg Giveaway

Prize: One Marin Bobcat Trail 3 mountain bike, approximate retail value $1,000 CAD.

Giveaway period: Friday, August 14, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET through Sunday, August 16, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET.

Eligibility: Open to Ontario and Michigan residents age 18 or older, excluding Flow Bikes owners, employees/operators and their immediate family or household members.

How to enter: Entrants must visit the Flow Bikes booth at Cycle the Burg during the giveaway period and check in to receive their entry. No purchase is necessary. Each person may receive one entry only by completing either of these actions:

* Follow/show that they already follow Flow Bikes on the designated social-media account; OR
* Make a voluntary donation to the Windsor-Essex Bike Community at the Flow Bikes booth.

There is no minimum donation, donating is not required, and the amount donated does not provide additional entries or improve the odds of winning.

Limit: One entry per person, regardless of which entry method is used.
