Wow! Wow! Wowwww!! Thank you @ for voting our little social enterprise the PLATINUM WINNER in both the Fitness Centre category and for Personal Trainer in the 2023 CommunityVotes - Windsor contest!!

Based out of Windsor Family Homes and Community Partnerships, our little project with big goals of providing support programs dedicated to homelessness prevention, affordable housing, recreation programs for at-risk children & youth and food security has come a long way in only 3 years!!

We could not be more thrilled that we have been given the opportunity to deliver a program specifically for women that will encompass strength not only in a physical capacity - but adding in a mental wellness and positive body image work!

This pilot program is dedicated to women ages 18-30 and who may have barriers to accessing sport/recreation for a number of reasons.
Not only will they receive 12 weeks of semi private training, the program also includes a social component, a gift basket of goodies AND a 1 year membership to a local gym upon completion of the program!

It is with great disappointment that Windsor Family Homes and Community Partnerships has had to make the tough decision to cancel the Too Hot to Handle Event. Unfortunately, due to low registration – it is not possible at this time. We would like to thank the Windsor Firefighters Benefit Fund for enthusiastically supporting this event - and putting their time and energy into creating the challenge!

Thank you to those of you who were eager to support the Kids First Food Bank. We are grateful to our registrants & sponsors (including AM800 CKLW).
