We have been alluding to some big league updates coming and are excited to finally announce what we have been working on.

🤝 Club Affiliations - Only applicable to Mens League. Clubs entering more than one team have expressed occasional difficulty after splitting their player pool, as under current league rules they were unable to use players from their 2nd team when their 1st team was short. With a focus on protecting the competitive balance of all divisions, we are piloting a Club Affiliation system for higher division teams to call up players when needed during regular season play.

🖥 Updated Website - We are working on updating our website to improve the player and club experience.

📅 Scheduling Updates - Added Indoor match days for teams to have more consistent indoor schedules and attempting to provide more accommodating match times.

⚽️ Finally, we are excited to officially announce the Windsor Soccer League. A small change that we feel exemplifies the competition, size and inclusivity of our leagues. A banner that our clubs and players will be proud to be a part of.

We will be rolling out these changes for the upcoming 2026 Fall Season, which is already shaping up to be our largest season to date.

Thanks to everyone who has been along for the ride the past 7.5 years and we are excited to continue growing adult soccer in the Windsor-Essex area! ❤️

Congratulations to our 2026 Outdoor Mens Recreational Playoff Champions & Award Winners!! 🏆🏅👏

Mens C Playoff Champions: 💣 After winning the Recreational League Championship a few weeks ago, Gooners FC capped off their unbeaten 14-1-0 season with close Semi-Final and Final matches. The Playoff Finals against Papaya Over 30's went to PK's where goalkeeper Andrew Marusic made two big saves to win the clubs first Playoff Championship. The Gooners have announced they will be moving up to Mens B in the Fall. Steve Baselj was named C Div Playoff MVP.

Mens D Playoff Champions: 🍺 Old Vienna FC got hot when it mattered and ended the season on a 7-match winning streak on route to the clubs first Championship. Colin Agnew was named D Div Playoff MVP.

Mens Recreational MVP's: Steve Baselj (Gooners FC) with a League-Leading 31 goals and 2 Player of the Match designations in 14 matches.

Sabiano Sandor (Chud FC) finishing with 27 goals and 2 Player of the Match designations in 14 matches.

Mens C Goalkeeper: Christian Minotti (Papaya Over 30's) finishing with a 1.36 GAA, 4 Clean Sheets and 1 Player of the Match.

Mens D Goalkeeper: Kobe Dunn (Old Vienna FC) posting a 2.07 GAA, 4 Clean Sheets and 4 Player of the Match designations.

This wraps up our 2026 Outdoor Leagues!!! Thank you to all clubs, players and supporters 🙏

Indoor Registration is open and filling quickly. 🍁⚽️

Our Fall League changes are expected to be announced by Saturday 👀

Congratulations to our 2026 Co-Ed Outdoor Playoff Champions & Award Winners!! 🏆🏅

After finishing second in the regular season by one point, The Yellows came out on top of a competitive A Division by tying the Finals match in the last minute of the game and going on to win in PK's. This is the clubs fourth overall Championship! Spencer Benvenuto and Rachel St. Pierre were named A Div. Playoff MVP's.

Entering the B Division Playoffs as the 4 seed, Mike's Team earned their third club championship winning big in the B Div Finals. Brandon Gaudreau and Payton Boggs were named B Div. Playoff MVP's.

Co-Ed League MVP's: Thomas Swiatoschik (The Yellows) & Joel Sands (WKB 2) were named Male MVP's. Victoria MacCara (The Yellows) & Abbey Trembley (Sabre Cats FC) were named Female MVP's.

Co-Ed Top Goalkeepers: Michael Schneider (Young Guns) earns his second consecutive Golden Glove leading all keepers with a 1.83GAA along with 4 Player of the Match designations.

Avery McCann (Net Six and Chill) was named B Div. Top Goalkeeper finishing with a 2.42 GAA, 2 Clean Sheets and 2 Player of the Match designations.

Our last day of the season is this Wednesday for our Mens C & D Semis and Finals!! ⚽️🏆

Registration is now available and filling for the 2026 Fall season.

We currently have Early Registration available in both Men's & Co-Ed Leagues.

Congratulations to our 2026 Outdoor Competitive Playoff Champions & Award Winners!! 🏆🏅

Mens A Playoff Champions: 🐐 Finishing the Competitive Division regular season in fourth place with an 8-2-2 record, FC Goats got the job done yet again come Playoff time. This marks the 4th consecutive Outdoor Playoff Championship for the club and 7th overall Championship! 🤯 Awjen Alias was named Div A Playoff MVP.

Mens B Playoff Champions: 👚 Entering the Playoffs as the 3 seed in the B Division, Palermo 3.0 won 3 close Playoff matchups to win the clubs first Championship since their rebrand. Evan Williams was named Div B Playoff MVP.

Mens Competitive MVP's: Nabil Barchale (Border City FC) finished with a League-Leading 31 goals in 12 appearances, along with 3 Player of the Match designations.

Joel Sands (Win City) lead his club to a League Championship with 26 goals in 13 appearances along with 4 Player of the Match designations.

Mens A Top Goalkeeper: Ahmad Mousa (FC Goats) lead all Men's A clubs with a 1.93 GAA and 11-2-1 record, including 3 outstanding Playoff performances.

Mens B Top Goalkeeper: Evan Williams (Palermo 3.0) lead the Competitive Division with a 1.82 GAA along with a shutout in the B Finals.

Co-Ed A & B Semis & Finals are this upcoming Monday, Aug 31. Mens C & D Semis & Finals on Wednesday, September 2. 🤩

Congratulations to our 2026 Mens Outdoor - Rec Division League Champions, Gooners FC! 💣

In the battle of undefeated teams, Gooners FC handled their business in dominant fashion with a 4-0 regular season finale W. They are the only team in all divisions to finish the 2026 Outdoor regular season with an undefeated record (11-1-0), winning the clubs first championship!

Playoff Champions and Individual award winners in all Divisions will be decided over the next few weeks! 🔥

The last of our 2026 League Champions will be decided as the last two undefeated teams face off in the Mens Rec regular season finale.

Gooners FC vs RealSosobad

Kickoff at 7:10PM.

Playoffs are also kicking off for 16/24 of the Mens Rec teams. Should be an exciting night for footy! 😍 ⚽️

Congratulations to our 2026 Co-Ed Outdoor League Champions, WKB2! ✌️

After winning the regular season finale against first place The Yellows, WKB2 took the top spot and won the League Championship by one point!

All Co-Ed playoff matchups have now been determined and Quarter-Final matchups are posted. Our final League Championship takes place Wednesday in our Mens Rec Division (Gooners FC vs RealSosobad) 🤩
