Two reps in for a set of 5 and it’s a dumpster fire.
My daughter Ruby suddenly yells, “You CAN’T do it Dada!” 😂

Like hell, I’m going down like that. I finish the set and put the bar down and she goes “YOU DID IT!”, with a big smile.

It’s just another day to you, but you never know who’s looking to you as an inspiration, so keep showing up.

You’ve only got one life, so why not be the best, most loving, fulfilled version of yourself you can be.

Not to prove your worth, but to own it. Be it. Live it.

And walk into every day ready for whatever comes your way and to share it wholeheartedly with those around you.

The weights are just the start. The lifestyle is what comes after.
