We have a variety of classes open to all fitness levels. Gain confidence, knowledge and discipline with our amazing favourites. All classes include stretching, warm up, workout and cool down.

Butts & Gutts is bringing the fire to the glutes and core to get your ready to slay. Hercules HIIT is coming in hott with a full body workout. Boxing is keeping you on your toes and ready to knock out the year. Morning madness is here to wake you up and inspire you to crush the day. She's Strong is building muscle for you to carry all this years success.

This is perfect for those who want to have fun and workout every day, have busy schedules, need the guidance of a personal trainer but want the price of classes.
