Another look at our Spring Season numbers, this time it’s our male vs female players.

In the house league, boys account for 56% of the registrations.

But take a look at the Rep Program and nearly 64% are the girls representing WLYSA.

Giving all kids the opportunity to play, grow, and love the game is always the goal.

AGM is coming up on October 22nd at 7:00pm!

As we get close to our AGM, it’s time to start sharing more about the association over the past year.

Spring Season is by far our busiest time of year and the numbers show it!

⚽️ 762 individual players registered in the 2026 Spring Season

⚽️ 726 players were on house league teams, and 154 players entered rep - that means 118 players played both in house and in rep!

⚽️ Our House League numbers are heavy on the mini side, but show promise for building up the senior league teams

More details to come!

It is about creating an indoor recreation space that would benefit our whole community, including youth, adults, seniors, athletes, families, and community organizations.

Saturday October 3rd is your chance to learn more about the organizations involved, the need within our community, and the proposed ideas so far.

Showing up for 10 minutes is all you need to do to show your support for indoor recreation in Williams Lake!
