🍂 Here we go… Welcome to the “BER” months of youth sports. 🍂

September, October, November, December.

The months of packed calendars, early mornings, late nights, long drives, busy weekends, muddy uniforms, quick dinners, and wondering how we’re going to fit one more thing into the schedule.

Sometimes it can be a lot.

And in the middle of all the rushing around, it’s easy to lose sight of why we signed them up in the first place.

We signed them up because we wanted them to find something they love.

Because we wanted them to experience being part of a team.
To make friends.
To build confidence.
To learn how to work hard, handle disappointment, celebrate others, and keep going when things don’t go their way.

We signed them up for the lessons that happen outside the scoreboard.

For the friendships they’ll remember.
For the laughs in the car.
For the moments when they surprise themselves.
For the high-fives, the hugs, the celebrations, and even the tough losses that teach them something.

And maybe most importantly…

We signed them up to make memories.

So when the “BER” months start feeling overwhelming, take a breath and remember that these busy days are temporary.

One day, there won’t be a practice to rush to.
One day, the gear will sit untouched in the garage.
One day, you won’t be driving them across town for another game.

But the memories?

Those stay. ❤️

So keep showing up. Keep cheering. Keep encouraging. Keep making the most of the messy, busy, beautiful season.

Because someday, we may look back and realize…

these were the good old days. 🍂❤️

In August, we get to welcome the Challenger Sports Summer Soccer Camp to Williams Lake for the very first time! The camp will be taking over the fields from August 10 - 14th.

Registration is open with full day ($290 for the week), and half day (am or pm) options ($220 for the week). This camp is a day camp style program for U5 - U14 age groups.

For parents that would like to stay at the clubhouse but have work to do, we have wifi available for you!
