⚫️ Please enter in the back doors of the Gibraltar Room

🔴 Schedule is attached

⚫️ The link for photos will be available 2 to 4 days after photo day. It will be sent via emails to families when they are ready to view.

🔴 If online ordering is not an option for families, e-transfer to the photographer will be accepted

⚫️ Players, please be dressed & ready to go 10mins before photo time slot

🔴 Full gear, minus helmet & NO Skates (neck guard is an option)

⚫️ Families, please enter at the back of the Gibraltar Room at the Complex

🔴There are no paper order forms this year, orders will be done online

⚫️ For families that are not able to order online, David the photographer will have business cards & families can e-transfer 🤩

U18 Rec Division Ice Breaker Games have been CANCELLED for Sept 25-27th weekend.

Sadly, we do not have enough volunteers for the coaching side to run our games safely this weekend.

URGENT TO OUR U18 DIVISION FAMILIES:

We need need more coaches for U18 House. If we do not get another 4-5 coaches, WLMHA will be forced to cancel the icebreaker games this weekend.

Volunteers help the association run and keep the kids playing hockey!

WLMHA Families:

There have been emails sent out with information on your Groups for Recreational U9-U18 Division Preskate & Evals.

If you HAVE NOT received an email - check to see if your player's email address is the main email associated with the registration (or your spouse)! We are seeing a lot of accounts where parents put the kid's email instead of their own, and TeamSnap invites have been sent there!

Accept that invite through their email and then you should be good for the correspondence going forwards.
