What is a Larsen Press & why are we doing it?
No leg drive. Just upper-body strength and control.
The Larsen Press is a bench press variation performed with your feet off the floor, removing leg drive and challenging your upper body to do the work.
Why we love it:
• Builds chest, shoulder, and tricep strength.
• Develops core control, stability, and body awareness.
• Builds pressing strength and body tension that carry over to handstand push-up development.
• Improves bench press technique and exposes weaknesses.
Getting stronger isn’t always about lifting heavier. Sometimes it’s about moving better and building strength with purpose.
