Remember when the floor was lava and getting from one side of the room to the other without touching it felt like the greatest challenge of your life?
Some kids never really grow out of that.
Parkour gives all that climbing, jumping, running and figuring-things-out energy somewhere to go. Kids learn how to navigate obstacles, control their bodies, challenge themselves and find new ways to move through the space around them.
To them, it feels like play.
And honestly? That’s part of what makes it so good.
If you have a kid who sees a railing, box or obstacle and immediately wonders, “Can I get over that?” parkour at CCGA might be exactly their kind of class.

There are the skills we teach… and then there are the approximately one million little things that happen in between.
Moving mats. Demonstrating something for what feels like the hundredth time. Remembering who was this close to getting that skill last week. Handing out high fives. Redirecting the chaos. Celebrating the tiny wins like they’re enormous ones.
And honestly, some of the best parts of coaching happen in those in-between moments.
Because when you spend your time helping kids learn what their bodies can do, you also get a front-row seat to their confidence growing right alongside their skills.
A little chaotic. A lot of movement. Plenty of “WATCH THIS!”
Just another day with the coaching team at CCGA. ❤️

Does your child climb everything, jump off anything, and somehow still have energy left at bedtime? 😅
We know the type. And we love them.
At CCGA, recreational gymnastics gives kids a place to move, explore, learn new skills, and build confidence while having fun.
Because sometimes all that energy just needs the right place to go.

When you watch your child learn a new skill, overcome a fear, or light up because they finally accomplished something they've been working toward, you're seeing the impact of a community that believes in giving kids opportunities to grow.
But building and maintaining those opportunities takes more than great coaches and enthusiastic athletes. It takes families who are willing to be involved.
CCGA's Annual General Meeting is coming up, and we'd love to see our kids guardians there.
This is your opportunity to hear about the club, better understand how it operates, and be part of the conversations about what comes next.
Whether your child is just starting recreational gymnastics, discovering parkour, or pursuing competitive goals, you have a reason to care about the future of CCGA.

You already show up for your child. We'd love for you to show up for their club, too.
We hope to see you there!

Strong doesn’t look the same on every kid.
For one child, it might be climbing a little higher than they did last week. For another, it’s finally finding their balance, trying a skill they were nervous about, or getting back up after something didn’t quite work the first time.
That’s one of the things we love about recreational gymnastics. There is room to learn, move, experiment and grow without needing to be the fastest, strongest or most advanced kid in the gym.
They climb. They balance. They jump. They roll. They try again.
And somewhere in all of that movement, they start discovering just how capable they really are.
Recreational gymnastics at CCGA is a place to move, learn and grow — one skill at a time.

There is no single way to be an athlete at CCGA.
Some children walk through our doors simply wanting to try gymnastics for the first time. Some discover a sport they love and continue developing through recreational programming. Some choose the commitment and challenge of competitive gymnastics. Others find their place running, jumping, climbing, and learning through Parkour.
Different programs. Different goals. Different athletes.
But they all belong to the same community.
We want CCGA to be a place where children can begin exactly where they are, discover what they are capable of, build friendships, be challenged, and grow in ways that extend far beyond the skills they learn in the gym.
More than a sport. A place to begin, belong, and grow.

When a local business chooses to sponsor CCGA, its support reaches much further than a logo on a sign.
Sponsorship helps create opportunities for local athletes. It contributes to the equipment they learn and train on, the experiences available to them, and our ability to continue building a strong and sustainable gymnastics organization here in our community.
That investment reaches recreational athletes discovering gymnastics for the first time, competitive athletes working toward ambitious goals, parkour participants finding a place to move and belong, and the families who make up our club.
Community sport is stronger when the community stands behind it.
If your business is looking for a meaningful way to invest locally, we would love to talk with you about becoming a CCGA sponsor.
