8.5 years of Zumba, 6 years of Strong Nation, and over 2,000+ classes later 😱, my time as an instructor is coming to an end 🥹. I’ve grown so much not just as an instructor, but as a person. I have you all to thank for that. My gratitude to every participant is endless. Thank you for pushing me to be better and greater with each class. There aren’t enough words to express my love for all my class participants over these years. Thank you!!!

My priorities have changed and now is the time for me to be selfish and focus on myself and my little family 🥰.

My love for fitness classes will stay forever. Check out my schedule for our last 7 weeks of classes together at CGC. Thank you and I’ll see you in class 🙏🏽☺️🤩👌🏽.

$1290!!! That’s our total being donated to Karen’s Fund this year!!! 💖💕💞💓🌸💗🥰🤩. And what a success it was 🥹❤️🥰. Thank you to everyone who made this happen. Thank you to the City of Whitehorse for donating the space. Our instructors Ardes, Bonita, Indiana, Louise and Rosana. Our front door helpers Justin and Jake. Our amazing sound and lights superstar Diore! Thank you thank you! 🙏🏽
And of course the biggest thank you to ALL OUR PARTICIPANTS!!! 🕺🏼💃🏽🪩🕺🏻💃🏼. This was a success because you joined in 👏🏽
